The development of PHR system is to draw attention to the need for personal health record system. In the developing process, the SDLC was followed. Requirements was gathered through interview, analyzed and used to identify the processes the system would go through. The development platform was chosen based on the available time for coding, debugging, testing and deploying. An application that runs in a web browser environment was developed relying on a localhost system to support the database system.
